Meet my new foster Teddy! He is a 6yr old Maltese. He's a puppy mill rescue. Super cute, but still a little timid. Like all puppy mill dogs he'll personality will come out over time. He's about 8lbs, but will probably get to about 10lbs with proper care.
He will snuggle on your lap if you put him there. He's available after March 13th when he will be neutered and fully vetted.
