Miss Zoey has come a long way since she came into rescue.  in addition to suffering from kidney and liver disease plus congestive heart failure, Zoey was so overweight that her belly dragged the ground!!  Her foster Mom and vet worked with Zoey to help her lose weight and treat her chronic illnesses.  Now she can move easily and feels much better.

Zoey is elderly and still has heart and kidney issues.  She eats a prescriptionkidney friendly diet that helps slow down the progress of the disease.  She takes medication to keep her comfortable.
