At Frankies Furry Friends Rescue, our goal is to match you with the perfect canine companion! Our thoughtful adoption process is simple, straightforward, and designed to ensure the best fit for both you and your future pup.

While we understand that this process may feel like a lot for potential adopters, please know it’s designed with the best interests of both the dog and the adopter in mind. It’s all part of creating a "forever home" match — a bond that lasts a lifetime for you and your new furry friend.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Submit an Application

Start by filling out our quick and easy online adoption application here: Adoption Form.

Step 2: Reference Check & Meet and Greet

Once we receive your application, we’ll review your vet and personal references. If approved, we’ll reach out to schedule a meet and greet with your potential new furry friend! We encourage all family members—including other pets—to join in to ensure a great match.

Step 3: Finalize & Welcome Home!

If the meet and greet goes well, we’ll complete the paperwork, and your new best friend will be ready to come home! We’ll also follow up with a phone call (and possibly a home visit) to make sure you and your pup are settling in happily. Our team is always here to support you on this journey!
