...I don't think I'm in Kansas anymore...I heard someone say something about a bluegrass state?  :)  HI THERE!  I'm Toto, a small terrier mix (maybe a little Yorkie mix) and I'm 4 years old.  I love to play with other dogs and toys, I'm housebroken and ready to come home with you!  I can sit on command and I will sit up really pretty if you have a treat for me!  My foster mom says I'm very intelligent and I get along with the others at my foster home quite nicely.  Won't you please consider bringing me home to be your best friend?  Hope you come see me soon!
