UPDATE:
Franklin has improved so much! He likes to sit in the chair with us now. He jumps up there himself! He is so much more relaxed and comfortable with all of us in the house. He still needs socializing with other people so he learns to trust us all but he sure has come along way. 

Names Franklin I am so scared.  I had a pretty rough life. I was rescued from Tennessee from an abusive home with my sister. I stayed in a kennel for awhile ata different rescue. I was then brought Friday to my fosters home.  I want to be held and loved but I am scared that I will get hurt.  Once you pick me up I will melt in your arms but I need time, love and lots of patience.  If you think you can give me a safe and loving home.  I would love to meet you.  

I weigh approximately 20-25 pounds.
