If you're looking for a well rounded little buddy---look no further!  Jasper is a toy rat terrier that is fun, energetic and affectionate.  He weighs 9 lbs and is  2-3 years old.  This spunky boy absolutely loves to play in water!  His size is not an issue for him; he plays well with dogs of all sizes.  His new family must love kisses because he loves to sit in your lap, be held and exchange kisses.    Tummy rubs and petting of any kind are always welcomed.  That is, unless he's working; one of his jobs is a watchdog and he's a good one!  But only when necessary---he's not to yappy.  Unfortunately, Jasper has been when exposed to the bells and whistles of indoor life.  So, he's looking for a loving family that will be compassionate and patient with him.  He's praying for someone to adopt him and be his best friend.  Jasper knows he's smart, adaptable and a quick learner.  He just needs someone to see that too and give him the life he deserves.  He is eager to learn, love and be connected.   Jasper is a wonderful dog that really loves people and will certainly repay his new family with a lifetime of devotion and unconditional love.
