Meet Molly. She spent her life in a cage as a breeder until being rescued by Frankies Furry Friends in February. Molly is learning to be a dog and has come a long way from the terrified little girl who came into foster care.

Molly has been spayed, is up to date on her vaccinations, and is due for a dental/cleaning in early May. She also had a mastectomy to remove some benign tumors. She weighs 11 pounds and is estimated to be 6-7 years old. Her long non shedding coat will need regular trips to the groomer.

Molly is housebroken. She does well because she is on a schedule. Her forever family will have to work with her to adjust to a new schedule at your house.

She sleeps in her crate at night and stays in a dog playpen when I leave the house. She has never has an accident in her pen or crate!

She is great with dogs and cats and would do best with an animal companion. She loves to play outside and a fenced yard would be beneficial for her. She does not walk on a leash yet, but happily follows me on walks in the fields and woods where I live. This little one enjoys her walks!

Molly is getting friendly day by day. She lets us pet her now. She still needs some space and will go to her crate in the bedroom to chill. She will need lots of love and patience to help her fully trust people again.

Fostering Molly has been a labor of love that has brought us such joy! Her new family will have to help her continue on her healing journey.
